We stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to offer a One-Year Warranty — free of charge.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues that occur during normal use within the first 12 months from the date of purchase
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading)
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or secondhand marketplaces
How to Make a Warranty Claim
We’ve made it easy for you to request warranty support in the way that’s most convenient:

Fill out the warranty request form directly on this page. Simply provide your order number, contact information, and a brief description of the issue.
Option 2:
Email our support team at support@kriddo.com with the following:
- Your original order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
Our customer service team will review your request and work with you to find the best solution — including repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Replacement items do not restart the warranty period.
Shipping for Warranty
For approved claims:
- We’ll cover all costs related to repair or replacement parts
- In most cases, we’ll also cover standard shipping for replacement items within the United States
