1. What does the KRIDDO warranty cover?

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Issues that occur under normal use within 12 months from the date of purchase
2. What do I need to submit a warranty claim?

Option 1: Online Warranty Form

You only need to provide:

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

3. What is KRIDDO’s return and refund policy?

Returns
Most unused and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note:

  • Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not qualify for a full refund
  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement
